As of 3rd November, 2003 we became aware that unauthorised individuals are posting E-mails with the sender as:

              name@kmsitltd.co.uk

Please note that such E-mails will not have been sent by KMS-IT Limited, as we do not post against such addresses. Any E-mail received from such an address should be deleted for safeties sake.

We are a small organisation and provision of this free service is on a best endeavours basis. Nonetheless our aim is to respond within 24 hours of receipt of the query.

Queries from people in California (USA) may not receive a response and we apologise for this, but it is beyond our control. Recently (August 2003) E-mails in response to queries from people in California have been returned as undeliverable. This occurs because those people are behind a service called "Mail Abuse Prevention System LLC" whose WEB site explains its purpose.

It appears that our Internet Service Provider (ISP) has been black-listed by MAPS, but not through any action on our part. Although a commercial organisation since 1984, BT our ISP, is still classified as a public service provider and therefore host to a wide variety of companies. Given the size of BT, relative to ourselves we will not be investing the resources, either time or money, to address this situation. We apologise to anybody in California who would otherwise wish to seek our advice.
