Terms and Conditions
Booking any KMS-IT Limited workshop implies
acceptance of these terms and conditions unless they are varied in writing by
KMS-IT Limited.
- Payment of the workshop fee is due in advance, with material being made available within 24 hours of the appropriate fee being paid.
- A planned start date with KMS-IT Limited if an immediate start date is not required.
- KMS-IT Limited reserves the right to refuse bookings from any organisation or individual, or to accept such bookings only on special terms
- KMS-IT Limited reserves the right to amend to a workshop material at any time.
- Substitute participants may be made at any time up to the start of the course (subject to paragraph 3 above) at no extra charge.
- KMS-IT Limited reserves the right to use the client's company name in future marketing activities.
- All documentation supplied by KMS-IT Limited is copyright and remains the property of KMS-IT Limited and/or its individual author(s).
- KMS-IT Limited reserves the right to allocate trainers at its discretion
- Internet delivery requires an environment as specified in the “How to use the material”.
- The client is responsible for ensuring that the appropriate technical requirements, as specified in the “How to use the material” document are available.
- KMS-IT Limited does not supply TN3270 software.
- Pre-Booked Workshops may be cancelled up to fifteen working days prior to the workshop commencement without penalty. Cancellations made after that date, or non-attendance will be charged at the full rate.
- KMS-IT Limited reserves the right to cancel any workshop without penalty due to non-availability of the trainer(s) or for any other reason. KMS-IT Limited will always use its best endeavours to replace a trainer.
- Should a workshop fail to meet its stated and agreed objectives, as judged by the workshop feedback form, then KMS-IT Limited will consider refunding all or part of the workshop fees as deemed appropriate. KMS-IT Limited accepts no liability for any other expenditure that may be incurred.
