Terms and Conditions


Booking any KMS-IT Limited workshop implies acceptance of these terms and conditions unless they are varied in writing by KMS-IT Limited.

  1. Payment of the workshop fee is due in advance, with material being made available within 24 hours of the appropriate fee being paid.
  2. A planned start date with KMS-IT Limited if an immediate start date is not required.
  3. KMS-IT Limited reserves the right to refuse bookings from any organisation or individual, or to accept such bookings only on special terms
  4. KMS-IT Limited reserves the right to amend to a workshop material at any time.
  5. Substitute participants may be made at any time up to the start of the course (subject to paragraph 3 above) at no extra charge.
  6. KMS-IT Limited reserves the right to use the client's company name in future marketing activities.
  7. All documentation supplied by KMS-IT Limited is copyright and remains the property of KMS-IT Limited and/or its individual author(s).
  8. KMS-IT Limited reserves the right to allocate trainers at its discretion
Delivery
  1. Internet delivery requires an environment as specified in the “How to use the material”.
  2. The client is responsible for ensuring that the appropriate technical requirements, as specified in the “How to use the material” document are available.
  3. KMS-IT Limited does not supply TN3270 software.
Cancellation / Refunds
  1. Pre-Booked Workshops may be cancelled up to fifteen working days prior to the workshop commencement without penalty. Cancellations made after that date, or non-attendance will be charged at the full rate.
  2. KMS-IT Limited reserves the right to cancel any workshop without penalty due to non-availability of the trainer(s) or for any other reason. KMS-IT Limited will always use its best endeavours to replace a trainer.
  3. Should a workshop fail to meet its stated and agreed objectives, as judged by the workshop feedback form, then KMS-IT Limited will consider refunding all or part of the workshop fees as deemed appropriate. KMS-IT Limited accepts no liability for any other expenditure that may be incurred.
